Our Philosophy of Education

Our academic philosophy is rooted in a biblical worldview and delivered through a

classical education that challenges the individual student in both academics and

character.  We foster a love for learning in response to God's creation, as students engage

in both indoor and outdoor activities. We believe that disciplined inquiry, curiosity, and wonder are essential for growing in wisdom, as "the fear of the Lord is the beginning

of wisdom" (Proverbs 9:10). Through academic diligence, spiritual discipline, physical endurance, and joyful submission, we guide students to develop resilience,

unshakeable faith, perseverance, and respect for authority.

What is Classical Education?

Classical Education is an approach that equips students with the tools of learning, emphasizing the development of critical thinking and reasoning rather than simply filling them with information. It aims to educate men and women holistically, focusing on timeless truths that have shaped human thought and culture. This method moves from concrete to abstract learning, progressively building knowledge, understanding, and wisdom.

Philosophy of the Trivium

The Trivium, within the Christian Liberal Arts Tradition, represents a journey of learning rooted in joy, gratitude, and the pursuit of God’s truth, goodness, and beauty. It is structured around three foundational elements: Grammar as Knowledge, Logic as Understanding, and Rhetoric as the Synthesis of Ideas Culminating in Wisdom.

Philosophy of the Quadrivium

The Quadrivium, within the Christian Liberal Arts Tradition, is an exploration of God's ordered creation through the study of arithmetic, geometry, music, and the cosmos. It cultivates joy in learning by revealing the beauty and precision of God’s design in all things, guiding students to see His divine order.
