Meet Our Faculty & Staff

Chris Breiland

Chris Breiland - Head of School

Chris Breiland, a native of Williston, ND, moved to Bartlesville, OK, in 2006 to attend Oklahoma Wesleyan University, where he earned a degree in Pastoral Ministry in 2010. He continued his theological education at Wesley Biblical Seminary in Jackson, MS, graduating in 2012 with a Master of Arts in Theology.

.

Throughout his career, Chris has worked in higher education, secondary education, and primary educational ministry. His passion for reading, learning, and teaching led him to embrace classical education, driven by a desire to address the negative impact of technology, culture, and modern teaching standards on students and their families.

Chris and his wife, Whitney—a lifelong Oklahoman—have been married for 14 years. Together, they have three children, Charlotte, Caroline, and Shepherd, and are deeply committed to raising their family in the body of Christ at Asbury Church.
